The Farm

At Quinta do Outeiro 1598, the land is tended with respect and time—as if each fruit were a memory, and each leaf a gesture toward the future. We practice organic farming because we believe that true flavor arises from the harmony between man and nature.

With approximately 8 hectares of certified organic production, the Quinta is home to a vibrant landscape: vineyards, chestnut trees, blueberries, a variety of fruit trees, and a vegetable garden tended to the rhythm of the seasons. Here, everything grows with intention.

As you stroll through the property, you'll spot rare birds, discreet reptiles, and native flora, in a balanced and fertile ecosystem. Our mission is simple: to preserve, regenerate, and share—offering authentic products and an agricultural legacy where time and land still intertwine.

PARTILHA wine is born from two sister estates - Quinta do Outeiro 1598 and Quinta de Real - both located in Ponte da Barca, where the landscape shapes the character of the wine and history inspires each harvest.

These two historic estates in northern Portugal, once shared between members of the same family, have come together again with a single purpose: to celebrate winemaking tradition with a wine that honors the past and toasts the present.

PARTILHA is more than a name. It's a reunion, a long-held desire to once again harvest, vinify, and toast together, as our ancestors did. Made with organically grown grapes and harvested with respect for the land, this is a Portuguese signature wine, designed to be enjoyed and... shared.

Quinta do Outeiro 1598 is located in the heart of Minho, a region known for its lush green landscape, rich cuisine, and unique historical heritage.

A few kilometers away, you'll find the majestic Peneda-Gerês National Park, Portugal's only National Park and a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, with over 70,000 hectares of protected nature.

From our Quinta, explore the Lima Valley—among trails, waterfalls, historic villages like Sistelo and Soajo, monasteries, Atlantic beaches, Vinho Verde wine routes, and the cities of Viana do Castelo, Braga, and Guimarães.
