Cancellation and prepayment conditions

Refundable rate:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.

Payment of the total amount of the reservation must be made by the client no later than the 15th day prior to the scheduled check-in date.

If the client cancels the reservation within 14 days prior to the date of arrival or does not show up on the scheduled day of check-in, Quinta do Outeiro 1598 reserves the right not to refund the amount charged.

Non-refundable rate:

The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Children's conditions

Children over 10 are welcome.

Children under the age of 10 are welcome when booking all accommodation units at Quinta do Outeiro.

Conditions for extra beds and cots

The number of cots and extra beds allowed depends on the rooms you choose.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability and an additional charge.

Age restrictions

There are no age restrictions for check-in.

Guests under 18 can only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Accepted payment methods

The following credit cards are accepted: Maestro, Master Card and Visa.

Quinta do Outeiro reserves the right to temporarily hold a deposit on your credit card on arrival with check-in.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

Parties and Events

Parties or other events, such as weddings, christenings, stag and hen parties or similar, are not permitted.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Rest period

Guests must not make noise between 22:00 and 09:00.
